Xie Fuzhan and his delegation attended LLM of China-CEEC, Prague 2014.Zhang Mingchao attended the meeting

August 28th, Local Leaders’ Meeting of China-CEEC (LLM of China-CEEC), Prague 2014, grandly opened in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. Milos Zeman, president of the Czech Republic, met the chief delegate from the Chinese Provincial Government Delegation. Li Keqiang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and premier of the State Council, addressed the letter of congratulations. Bohuslav Sobotka, premier of the Czech Republic, made the opening address. Zhang Gaoli, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and made remarks.
From August 28th to 30th, the LLM of China-CEEC was grandly held in Prague. Henan delegation headed by Henan Provincial Governor Xie Fuzhan attended the meeting and Xie Fuzhan also made the official remarks on behalf of the People’s Government of Henan Province. Zhang Mingchao, Chairman of HNCA, attended the meeting. He introduced and promoted HNCA. Zhang Mingchao also observed and studied Vaclav Havel Airport and Ostrava-Mosnov International Airport to establish cooperation.
Zhang Mingchao attended the finance forum, civil aviation forum and other sub forums, and he introduced HNCA together with the development of the aviation industry in Henan to the participants.
August 28th, authorized by Xie Fuzhan, Zhang Mingchao and Hu Quan, Vice Secretary of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, visited Vaclav Havel Airport and held talks with the management from the airport. They observed the hub airport and reached a tentative agreement of cooperation based on the discussion of the increase of shipping capacity, new branches of air lines, construction of regional aviation hub and development of multi-model logistics. August 29th, Zhang Mingchao held talks with the chief management of Ostrava-Mosnov International Airport and they had a serious discussion on the possibility of establishing a cooperative relationship in the areas of new air lines, maintenance, pilot training and other fields related. It’s known that Ostrava-Mosnov International Airport, 20 miles away from the center of Ostrava-Mosnov city, is a hub airport in Morava Silesia, the north-east part of the Czech Republic. Since the airport is far from the central city, there is no noise ordinance in it and therefore the airport is opened around the clock. Besides, the airport provides the advantage for the taking off and landing of Antonov AN-124. In 2008, a new maintenance hangar was opened and since then a new air cargo terminal has been under construction.
During the visit, on behalf of the entrepreneurs, Zhang Mingchao also attended the meeting and signing ceremony between Xie Fuzhan and Cimora, Governor of the South Bohemia of the Czech Republic.
On August 28th, Hu Quan, Deputy Secretary of Zhengzhou Municipal CPC Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, and Zhang Mingchao, Chairman of HNCA, visited Prague Vaclav Havel Airport and theAirport Freight Hub.
